Submitting a form does not establish a driving, carrier, financing or freight contract. Final terms are agreed separately in writing. Driver opportunities are described as 1099 positions. Pay may be per mile or a percentage of gross; current rates are discussed individually. Loaded and empty miles are paid under a mileage arrangement. Gross means total transportation revenue for loads hauled during the week.
Owner terms described are 90% of gross with an owner’s truck or 88% when the company finances the truck. Applicable expenses, deductions, financing payments and equipment terms are discussed and confirmed separately. Financing and truck purchases require individual review and are not guaranteed.
Contract freight proposals are reviewed for capacity, equipment, routes and commercial terms. Submission is not load acceptance or a rate confirmation.
