ELF Logistics LLC collects information you choose to submit through driver applications, owner inquiries and freight proposals.
Forms collect contact details, driving experience, truck information, business or freight details and messages. Driver applicants may optionally upload a CDL and medical card to support qualification review. Do not submit unrelated medical records or Social Security numbers. We use this information to review your request, respond and discuss a potential relationship.
Authorized company personnel and providers supporting hosting, security and email delivery may process submissions. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies requests and Resend delivers emails with optional attachments. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses. Documents are delivered as email attachments, not displayed publicly. The current website does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
If cooperation does not begin, we delete the application or inquiry and its uploaded documents once that outcome is determined. For ongoing relationships, records are retained as needed for operations and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Legally required records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.
Request access, correction or deletion by contacting Edward through WhatsApp at (650) 272-8030. Do not send sensitive documents solely to make a privacy request. External services, including WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies.
