Owner-Operator Proposal
We invite owner-operators to join our team and take advantage of the great opportunities offered by ELF Logistics.
Competitive Pay Rates:
- 90% of the load value if dispatched by the company.
- 93% of the load value if dispatched by the owner-operator themselves.
Transparent Payment Terms:
- Weekly settlement statements are generated every Tuesday for all loads completed by Monday.
- Payments are made via direct deposit every Wednesday, or Thursday if Monday is a bank holiday.
- Owner-operators have the opportunity to review their records and discuss any discrepancies with accounting and their dispatcher.

Bonuses and Incentives:
- Semi-Annual Bonus: $500 for every 6 months of continuous cooperation, meeting a minimum transportation volume (2,500 miles per week or 8 trips per month). The bonus is paid as a lump sum to the owner-operator’s account within 30 days after the end of each six-month period.
- Christmas Bonus: $1,000 for owner-operators who have worked the entire year, or a pro-rated bonus for those who joined during the year. The bonus is paid in December of each year.
- Referral Bonus: $500 for each new driver who joins based on your referral and successfully completes the first 3 months of work. The bonus is paid within 30 days after the new driver completes their initial 3 months.
- Fleet Expansion Bonus: $1,000 for purchasing an additional truck and hiring a driver who successfully works for the first 3 months. The bonus is paid within 30 days after the new driver completes their initial 3 months.
Inspection Bonus:
- $200 for passing a Level 1 inspection without any violations.
- $150 for passing a Level 2 inspection without any violations.
- $100 for passing a Level 3 inspection without any violations.
Transparent Terms:
For more detailed information, please refer to our Independent Contractor Agreement. All deductions are clearly listed on page 18 of the agreement. Everything is transparent, with no surprises or hidden fees.
